Bake the focaccia for 6 to 8 minutes at 200 degrees.
Just before the bread is done, spread it with the Hela Herb Oil Classic and leave it in the oven for another 1 minute.
To serve, cut thin strips from the focaccia and serve in a glass with Hela Spice Ketchup Peanut.
Finally, sprinkle the coarsely chopped pistachios on top.
