Portioneer het varkensmedaillon in stukken van 120 gr. Halveer de boerenham over de lengte en rol om de varkensmedaillons heen.<br>2. Kook de roseval aardappelen beetgaar.<br>3. Serveer de varkensmedaillons in de Hela Maaltijdsaus Volle stroganoff zodat de klant deze zelf verder kan bereiden met de roseval aardappelen en de bimi.<br>4. Dit gerecht kan in een pan of in de oven klaar gemaakt worden. De varkensmedaillons worden eerst aangebakken in de pan, vervolgens wordt hier de Hela Maaltijdsaus Volle stroganoff bij gevoegd samen met de roseval aardappelen en bimi.
