Verwarm de oven voor op 230C. Snijd de vetlaag van het buikspek in een ruitpatroon en wrijf in met het grof zeezout. Plaats 30 minuten in de oven en verlaag vervolgens de temperatuur naar 140C en gaar het buikspek nog 2 uur.<br>2. Bereid ondertussen de rijst. Snijd de mini komkommer en radijs in plakken en halveer de limoenen.<br>3. Maak de sperziebonen schoon, kook deze beetgaar en kook de eieren hard.<br>4. Snijd het buikspek in plakken van 1 cm, serveer met de gado gado, Atjar tjampoer en Hela Sat\u00e9saus licht pikant.<br>5.
