Heat the oven to 200° degrees.
Start with a layer of nachos followed by grated cheese.
Then top this with another layer of nachos followed by the corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, Jalapeño peppers and the remaining grated cheese. Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
Garnish the nachos with a little lime juice, guacamole, coriander and Hela Jalapeño sauce.
