Fry the beet burgers in a grill pan for 4 to 5 minutes until brown all around.
Meanwhile, cut open the Italian buns and spread both sides with the Hela Burger sauce with onion pieces. Optionally, you can grill the buns for a while.
Season the salad mix with salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil.
Top the sandwiches with the salad mix
Thinly slice the gherkins lengthwise.
Place the beetroot burgers on the buns. Then garnish with the pickles, fried onions and Hela Burger sauce.
