Pre-bake your fries in small batches at 150ºC for about five minutes.
Drain the fries well.
Increase the temperature of the fat to about 190ºC.
Fry the fries for about two minutes until they are nicely golden brown.
Season the fries with salt or one of Hela's seasoning mixes.
Serve the fries with mayonnaise, Hela Sate sauce slightly spicy and top with chopped white onion.
