Ingredients

2 stokjes saté

1 el seroendeng

klein handje kroepoek

1 el atjar tjampoer

1 portion of fries

Preparation

Pre-bake your fries in small batches at 150ºC for about five minutes.
Drain the fries well.
Increase the temperature of the fat to about 190ºC.
Fry the fries for about two minutes until they are nicely golden brown.
Breng de friet op smaak met zout.
Grill ondertussen de kip op de bakplaat.
Serveer de friet met de gegrilde kip en de verwarmde Kruiden Ketchup Pinda.
