Preheat the oven to 160C. Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into 3 pieces. Mix the Hela Herb Mix Maharajah with the Greek yoghurt and a splash of water so that the marinade has a yoghurt thickness.
Mix the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds in a bowl. Pass the chicken fillets through the Maharaja yoghurt and then through the seed mixture. Repeat until all the chicken fillets are covered.
Spread the chicken fillets on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until done.
Tip: Serve the healthy crispy chicken tenders with wraps and country cress. Make extra Maharaja yoghurt to serve with the healthy crispy chicken tenders.
