Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the red onion into thin rings and the jalapeño into slices.
Divide the tortilla chips between a baking dish and spread the pulled chicken on top.
Garnish with red onion, jalapeño and grated cheddar.
Place the dish in the oven for 4-6 min. Remove from the oven and spread generously with Hela Gouda Cheese Sauce and place back in the oven for 1 min.
Serve the guacamole alongside.
