Marinated spare ribs

Marinated with Hela Bacon Powder and Hela Herb Oil Red.

Ingredients

2.5 kg spare ribs

50 g Hela Herb Oil Red

20 g Hela bacon powder

Extra requirements: vacuum bags, vacuum machine and possibly sous-vide machine

Preparation

Remove thick pieces of fat with a kitchen knife. And skin the spare ribs.
Mix the Hela herb oil red with the Hela bacon powder and grease the spare ribs.
Vacume the spare ribs so they can be cooked sous-vide. Another option is to cook for two hours covered with aluminium foil at 150°. Then bake for 30 to 60 minutes at 180°. Time depends on thickness and amount of (intramuscular) fat.
