Portion the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate with Hela Barbecue seasoning
Slice and halve the courgette, slice the spring onion and pepper and cut the corn cobs into equal pieces.
Prick the pieces of chicken, courgette, snack tomatoes, spring onion, piece of corn on the skewers alternately.
Grill the chicken-vegetable skewers over high heat until cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and Hela cocktail sauce.
