Marinate the tenderloin with half of the Hela Meal Sauce Asian Umami in the fridge for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the spring onion into diagonal rings and coarsely chop the peanuts.
Briefly fry the tenderloin on high heat in the olive oil. Let cool for 5 minutes and spread the rest of the Hela Meal Sauce Asian Umami over the tenderloin. Then cut into thin slices.
Divide the spring onion, sprouts, Hela Fried Onions and peanuts over the beef tataki. Garnish with extra Hela Meal Sauce Asian Umami.
Tip: Also delicious with additional Hela Wasabi sauce with horseradish.
