Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix the Hela Meal Sauce Rich Mushroom with the potato slices, eggs and grated cheese. Divide this between a baking dish and place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, wrap the pork tenderloin medallions in the bacon and cook for 10 minutes until pink.
Remove the tenderloin from the pan and fry the bimi in the frying fat of the tenderloin. Serve the pork tenderloin with the potato mushroom dish and the bimi.
Tip: Spread extra Hela Meal Rich Mushroom over the pork tenderloin.
