Preheat the oven to 180°C. Coarsely chop the dried tomato. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Remove the leaves from the oregano. Mix the minced beef with the Hela Minced Meat Herbs Superior, dried tomato, breadcrumbs, egg and half of the garlic and oregano.
Cut the chorizo into thin slices. Fold a baking sheet into the baking tin and spread the minced meat on this. Lay the chorizo roof top on top of the mince. Place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and leave to cool for 15 minutes. Remove from the mould and leave to cool further in the fridge.
Mix the rest of the garlic with the diced tomatoes and spread over the potato wedges, garnish with the rest of the oregano. Serve the Hela garlic sauce in a bowl with the patatas bravas and meatloaf.
